HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) ? While Amy Bishop Anderson?s murder trial may be over, her name continues to pop up in court documents.

After all, a number of civil suits swirl around the events on the University of Alabama in Huntsville?s campus on February 12, 2010. ?

But a recent subpoena suggests school administrators may have feared Bishop even before that day.

The subpoena comes from the estates of Dr. Maria Davis and Dr. Ariel Johnson, both killed in the shooting.

It?s part of their respective suits against Dr. Bishop, her husband, and University Provost Dr. Vistasp Karbhari.

It demands UA Huntsville turn over records of communication from administrators to campus security or police requesting protection.

Specifically, the subpoena references requests for services at the administrative building, Shelbie King Hall, not to be confused with Shelby Hall, where the shooting actually took place.

In the subpoena, the records keeper of the University Police must turn over any communications regarding security for administrators and the administrative building made between October 1, 2009 and February 11, 2010.

There?s also a request for all electronic communication made by administrators concerning Dr. Bishop.
